American Alsatian Club Australia™

1.         Name

The name of the Club shall be “American Alsatian Club Australia™" hereinafter referred to as the "AACA" or "Big Beau Wolf".

2.         Objects

The objects for which the Club is established are:-

a)        To promote in every way the general improvement of the quality breeding, training and exhibition of American Alsatians™.

b)        To encourage, assist and instruct new breeders and owners.

c)        To educate the general public as to the History of the Breed and excellence of American Alsatians™ as companion dogs.

d)        To support and conduct shows and exhibitions as may be approved from time to time by the Canine Association of W.A. (Inc).

e)        To observe and obey all laws and regulations relating to the protection and conservation of American Alsatians™ in accordance with the National American Alsatian Club™ and American Alsatian Club Australia™.

f)         To promote education, good fellowship and companionship amongst owners of American Alsatians™.

g)        To do all or any other things deemed necessary to promote the furtherance of the American Alsatian™ breed.

3.         Affiliation

This Club is affiliated with, and is bound by, the Constitution and Rules of, the National American Alsatian Club™ and the Canine Association of Western Australia (Inc.) and accepts the Canine Association’s Basic Constitution for Affiliated Clubs. Any additional Domestic Rules shall be subordinate to those of the National American Alsatian Club™ and the Canine Association of Western Australia (Inc.).

4.         Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms specified here-under shall have the meaning defined:

Committee      Means the duly elected President and Members of the Committee                        of the Club and may include an Immediate Past President who                        shall be ex-officio.

Club                Means a Club, Association or Society affiliated with the                                                 National American Alsatian Club™ and Canine Association of                           Western Australia (Inc.).

5.        Office Bearers

a)        The general management of the Club shall be vested in a Committee which shall consist of the duly elected President, Vice President(s), Secretary, Treasurer and such number of Committee Members.

b)         All Committee Members shall be financial members of the Club.

c)         All officers of the Club shall be honorary and no members shall be allowed to make the Club a means of private speculation or trade.
